Mengi Yay 30

Introducing a 30-meter sports yacht concept designed for Mengi Yay in 2017. The design philosophy for this project was to translate the raw speed and low-slung proportions of an automotive grand tourer into a 30-meter maritime platform. As a Yacht exterior designer, I engineered an ultra-low-profile superstructure that visually emphasizes forward momentum. The striking two-tone finish—pairing a metallic bronze hull with a dark, sweeping glass canopy—effectively reduces the vessel's vertical mass. This approach results in a highly aerodynamic, aggressive silhouette that delivers superyacht volume without sacrificing the agile, chiseled aesthetics of a high-performance sports cruiser.
