Naval Yachts GN47

2015

Introducing a specialized 14-meter project I designed for Naval Yachts in 2014. From its inception, the primary objective was to engineer a forward-thinking, solar-supported hybrid vessel. As a Yacht exterior designer, I approached this project with a strict adherence to aluminum manufacturing constraints, which directly influenced its distinctive, geometric aesthetic. The robust, faceted hull features a commanding plumb bow and sharp, angular window graphics, conveying a strong sense of rugged capability and modern utilitarianism. By seamlessly integrating solar capabilities into the superstructure without compromising the aggressive, chiseled profile, this project demonstrates how sustainable hybrid technology and rigid aluminum construction rules can be unified into a highly capable, production-ready maritime design.
